Rules & Regulations:

Prizes are intended to be used for the purposes of furthering the business. All prize winners will be required to provide that all evidence that all prize money won by the applicant was spent to further the business as defined herein within one (1) year from the date of distribution of funds. Funds should be distributed to a business account. Such funds are to be demonstrated by providing receipts, invoices that reflect payment thereupon, or other written documentation sufficient to demonstrate funds were used to further the business idea. Evidence of the use of funds shall include, but are not limited to: rent for business space, employee wages, consultants, legal counsel, accounting services, ingredients, cost of goods sold, equipment, inventory, software, and advertising. All prize winners may submit supplemental explanations as to how the amounts spent contributed to the furtherance of the business. Any documentation used to show the use of funds and any supplemental information shall be sent to Marisa Grove at info@siouxlandgo.com. All documentation will be reviewed and approved or denied at the sole discretion of the Board of SGO (the “Board”). Winners of prizes will be notified of any use of funds that are not approved by the Board within fifteen (15) days of the vote held denying such use of funds. Failure to communicate with or request funds before the calendar year in which the winner was named will result in disqualification or lack of fund distribution. Failure to meet any of the requirements identified herein and/or failure to provide proof of funds may result in disqualification and further legal action, including recovery of prize money.
